Right ear infection began 2 days before seeing Dr. Wong. GP near my home gave me olive oil and recommended seeing a specialist. Most specialists were closed during public holiday. Searched and read the reviews on this site. Made appointment for the next morning. Lots of patients at 9am. Clinic is the old style type with no computer system. However, everything went smoothly from registration to payment. Dr. Wong obviously is very experienced in ear problems. He and the attending nurse also were very considerate as my right arm was in a cast. The cleaning and ear wax extraction for both ears took less than 5 minutes with no pain. Was given ear drops for infection.

Thank you for curing my problem and charging very reasonable rates. Could see many happy returning patients even was there for only half an hour.
