都睇咗好多年，食咗好多年藥，醫生會開藥俾你，但係唔會對情緒有改善。身為一個情緒有問題嘅病人，其實我都有發過姑娘脾氣，雖然我係唔啱 (當時不斷抽離現實，不斷想自殺，所以神志不清)，但係我認為一間精神科嘅診所，應該識得處理病人嘅情緒問題。

但係佢反而係block咗我電話，每一次打去book時間都要133先打到。

不過醫生就照睇我嘅，雖然醫生類似等退休咁，好冇乜心機醫，睇咗好多年都冇用。

姑娘從來唔會有任何提醒，就算no show都唔會理你，唔會有任何關心，唔會有任何體諒，更加唔會理你生死。試問一個情緒有問題嘅病人，連姑娘同埋醫生都唔鼓勵你唔支持你，從來一句支持嘅說話都冇聽過，點樣會好返?????????

而家轉咗睇另外一個醫生，佢同我講 蔡定國醫生開嘅藥，唔係屬於SSRI類別。即係佢會開啲令你上癮嘅藥俾你。蔡定國醫生開咗一啲唔適合我，而且會上癮嘅藥俾我，因為佢根本連聽我講都費事。

而家轉咗個新醫生，睇之前一日會提你，食新劑量同埋新藥，第二日會WhatsApp問你如何，會check你有冇食藥，有冇食多有冇食少。相反地蔡定國醫生，我食咗好多藥，我想自殺，成包藥食咗，佢都可以完全唔知。離開咗蔡定國醫生之後，我終於覺得我嘅病係可以好得返。

i’ve seen this psychiatrist for years but there’s absolutely no help. as a mentally sick patient i have had lashed out of the nurses which was definitely not correct on my side but i was dissociating in the meanwhile and was on the verge of suicide. i would expect a psychiatrist’s clinic’s nurses would know how to deal with patients emotions instead of blocking their phone numbers.

i was so hopeless and could only reach them by dialing with 133. even if i didn’t show up, they wouldn’t care if their patient had gone MIA. never had a check up, never had a reminder. the staffs are really impolite and triggering. how are you supposed to get better if your psychiatrist and their staffs don’t even support you?????

i am now seeing a new psychiatrist, the new psychiatrist had told me that Dr Choi did not prescribe medications that belonged in the SSRI category for me; SSRI are medications that do not cause addiction to said medication. Dr Choi prescribes addictive medications that do not help with my situation because he didn’t care enough to listen.

i put all my eggs in this psychiatrist’s basket and all it had caused me was a fortune and more mental stresses.

i’m now seeing a new psychiatrist that reminds you the day prior to your appointment and if there’s a change in medications/ dosages, they care whatsapp you to ask about how you’re doing. they even check whether you had finished your medications. Dr Choi never did, even if he knew i had the tendency to overdose and am suicidal.
