白內障
病患者女 - 62歲
醫生你好, 本人於2014年右眼虹膜炎向政府醫院急政求診,經治療後已康復,每年都安排覆診,於本月初證實右眼有白內障,但需半年後覆診才決定是否做手術,因右眼有濛,所以到私家醫生檢查,醫生證實左/右眼都有白內障需要做手術,因本人有深近視/老花/散光,請問做手術可以一次過改善嗎?

Dear Miss Kam,
If there is cararact, ultimately it needs surgical removal to take out the opacified crystal lens. Artifical lens will then be implanted into the eye at the time of the operation, and therefore any pre-existing refractive error can be corrected. There are many types of lenses to correct myopia, astigmatism and even presbyopia. You need to discuss with your eye doctor about all these lenses.
