初生嬰兒氣喘?
兒子出生不足一週,出生首兩天呼吸沒異樣,但過了兩天見他有時要張開嘴巴很用力且急速地呼吸,已返回醫院檢查,但醫生說不算很嚴重著我回家再觀察,如嚴重了先再回去醫院,沒交代原因,這兩天和早兩天情況差不多,想請問有什麼因素會導致這樣?他是足月兒會不會未發育成熟呢?我平時照顧他時應注意什麼?不好意思,因是新手媽媽,煩請見諒!

This is unusual, since newborn would not usually use his mouth for breathing. I suspect that the baby is crying with his mouth opening. It is important to observe for the baby's feeding, and to see whether he is gaining weight normally (about 20-30 gm per day).
Different organs would mature at a different rate, even for a full term baby.
I fully understand the worry of a inexperience mom, do consult a senior such as grandmother, or consult a paediatrician. Maternal Child Health Centre staff can be helpful too.
