卵巢出血
病患者女 - 43歲
醫生你好
本人於7月經剖腹手術割徐了子宮，保留了兩邊卵巣，近一月來因腸不適看了腸胃科，上星期做了磁力共振，今天報告回來醫生說左邊卵巢有出血現象，請問有什麼可能性會有此現象呢！現時一個月中很多時間也有排卵腹悶的感覺，而且常常有急便感，是否因為卵巢影響呢？謝謝！

Hello Miss Chan,
Yes, I think you may want to see the gynae specialist doctor for this finding on MRI. Since you have had a hysterectomy in July with ovaries conserved, you must have your gynae doctor (the surgeon)looking after you and know your gynaecological and medical history. That would be a more direct approach to your current issue.
