你病患者女 - 32歲
好，本人已生育兩個小朋友，但因為仲想再生多個，所以我同先生一直都沒有避孕，年期已達四年，還沒有懷孕，我都有睇開醫生，去照過B超，子宮無事，但時不時都會有炎症，好左過一般時間又會復發。
但徐著時間越來越長，我心越著急，唔知自己身體出左乜問題⋯⋯之前睇過家計會，好似講過我可能係輸卵管閉塞，開左藥食，但未知依家如何?

Hello Eva,
It seems that you may have secondary subfertility with possible tubal factors. If you are keen to conceive, the next step will be to see the fertility doctor for advice and help. You may have to undergo full consult, some investigations and be advised the options. If both tubes are blocked, IVF +/- ICSI may be the way forward.
