月經
您好醫生，本人23歲，最近幾個月的月經日子為15年12月30～16年1月3，2月8～12，3月13～18，4月15～19，請問我的月經週期為多少天？應該由月經第一天開始計算，還是月經完後開始計？而下一次的排卵日期為大約哪段日子？謝謝。

Hello jc321,
The menstrual cycle is calculated for day 1 of one menses to day1 of next menses. You don’t seem to have a very regular cycles and thus it may be slightly tricky to time ovulation without any assistance. If one would like to conceive, untimed frequent intercourse should be the way to go in the beginning. If not pregnant after 1 year of active trying, perhaps seeing a gynaecologist for further assessment will be appropriate.
