子宮內膜厚14mm，已絕經6、7年
您好，我媽咪今天57歲，身體檢查查出子宮內膜厚12-14mm，已經絕經6、7年，沒有出血和不適。另外兩個禮拜前白細胞偏低已差不多回升正常水平。
病史是：高血壓（有保持吃降壓藥），心跳過緩（心率53bpm)，輕度脂肪肝雙側頸動脈內膜毛糙（服用通血管藥）。
請問這個子宮內膜的厚度，是什麼疾病造成的，是什麼問題？需要有什麼醫療安排是前面的和最好的？

Dear Ms
1) after menopause, the endometrial lining should be well less than 6mm. Therefore 14 mm means it needs serious investigations, possibly requiring minor procedure to inspect the cavity with telescope and do some scrapping for tissue confirmation to exclude cancer or related problem
2) Be careful not to take herbal medicine as we have no true knowledge on herbs ( herbs of same name may contains different elements). Some herbs stimulate cell division and cause problems
Please urgently see a gynaecologist
