嚴重的暗蒼的問題
你好醫生!小弟今年十八歲,上年度七月前往美國升學,自九月抵達明尼蘇達洲開始,臉頰開始出現暗蒼 (以前亦有但主要集中在鼻尖及鼻腔),直到現在,已經形成了相片中所看到的。可能在年頭壓力比較大,但往後已經有良好作息時間,完全戒掉煎炸油貳食品,及奶類製品,亦有每天早晚用天然Neutrogena- the transparent facial bar(Fragrance-Free)洗面,在每次用膳後亦有用T.N. Dickinson's Witch Hazel (由我校護士介紹的產品)洗面,用天然護膚品,不用含大量化學物料的用品,手部已盡量避免接觸瞼部,亦有定時定候運動,但仍然未見改善。本人覺得該暗蒼不似普通暗蒼,口語所說「一旦旦」,亦有輕微水腫,本要集中在臉頰及額頭,在鼻尖,鼻邊,鼻腔,下巴,有時耳珠及耳背亦會生。究竟所為何事?

Thank you for your question Terry.
You have severe acnes. From your email, you tried different methods but in vain. I can see that you are very stressful.
Your history looks pretty normal. I do not think that your acnes are due to specific triggers.
It is suggested that you take oral medicines for your acnes. Do see a family doctor or a dermatologist. Earlier treatment of acnes can reduce the complications eg acne scarring, and can reduce your emotional stress.
Some other friendly advice: sleep early, keep a healthy diet, and regular exercises are important for health. Wish you get well soon.
